Описание:
Power Conduit has reached decent amount of damage and cleave possibiilities with last balance batch especially since you can now use TMS twice in Razah Loop
Peitha has its annoyance but is overall slightly better damage than Relic of Thief (with another rotation where I pulled 32k without much optimisation)
Definitely room for improvement such as Primordius transition, still a bit weird and questionable
I see the build being a cool cleave / burst option, although it does no hard CC
