At his court appearance Tuesday, Sebastian Dominguez, the 19-year-old man accused of shooting and killing a 17-year-old boy near the Panorama Bluffs, pleaded not guilty. Shortly after the arraignment, the victim's mother, Ramona Garcia, shared how she's been coping since the loss of her son, and the justice she hopes to achieve.
