Discover Monica's story of surviving child sexual abuse and learn how the Center for Child Protection uses a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to support abused children. The Center for Child Protection is a nationally accredited children’s advocacy center located in Austin, TX and the only nonprofit in Travis County involved in the investigation and prosecution of crimes against children. The Center provides forensic interviews, therapy, education, and medical services to children who have experienced physical or sexual abuse or who have witnessed a violent crime.
