Spring is in the air. This is a freeform doodle where there is no plan and no direction. Shapes are a great way to begin your doodle. I'm using square, but you could use any that you want. What's next:    • Adding Details in Your Doodle

Doodling as a form of art therapy:
You can use doodles as a way to destress and unwind, It lowers your blood pressure. While relaxing you, doodling also exercises and improve your mental sharpness. For me, I use doodling as art therapy from a stroke I suffered in the latter part of 2022.
