Glen "Tony" Robertson Discusses an Experimental Magnet Motor Prototype, Alexey Chekurkov’s Graviflyer & NASA Advanced Research. This magnet motor has not been tested yet, but is a hands-on builder replication of an online device Robertson was intrigued by.
Our discussion of the Graviflyer is focused on an upcoming article in "The Debrief" which casts doubt on the authenticity of the experiment. This raises the larger question of how to better identify legitimate experiments in emerging energy & propulsion to avoid wasted time & confusion.
To date, there is no definitive proof either FOR or AGAINST the authenticity of the Graviflyer, but with dozens of experimenters across the globe building replications of the device - many in conjunction with Alexey Chekurkov himself - it is beginning to look as though the Graviflyer may not be a legitimate.
Whatever the case may be, psychology the Graviflyer is a case study in the need to believe, and our willingness to suspend judgement even in circumstances where it should seem obvious. This highlights the real impact of psychology in the realm of emerging science, as well as the role of peer-pressure and group-think in concensus belief systems.
