Police interrogation of the Vice President of an outlaw motorcycle club during a messy biker murder investigation. Earl Fisher, who was a member of the Gypsy Joker MC for a decade faces interrogation by a Multnomah County Sheriff’s detective and a federal biker gang specialist with the ATF in 2016.

Earl Fisher was detained in the investigation into the horrific death of Robert “Bagger Bob” Huggins in 2015. Bagger was once the treasurer of the Portland Chapter of the Gypsy Jokers but was kicked out of the club, apparently for stealing money from the club to support his heroin habit. He was also punished for his transgressions, with club members taking his motorcycle. Authorities allege that he did not take his punishment well and broke into the home of club president Mark Dencklau. During the burglary, he tied up Dencklau’s girlfriend at gunpoint. Not surprisingly, the president wasn’t pleased and allegedly sent his gang out hunting for Bagger. When he was found, he was pushed into a van and beaten en route to a shed, where he was tortured. His body was found in a field shortly after. Several members and a prospect for Gypsy Joker chapter were arrested first by Multnomah County Sheriff's Office and then faced federal charges of murder-in-aid-of-racketeering. In June 2019, Fisher pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in racketeering. He will be sentenced this month.
