1 Kilo Recipe of Soft and Delicious Donut Bavarian Ingredients and Costing

Ingredients
1 Kilo (8 cups) First Class Flour =36
1 tbsp yeast =2
1 tbsp baking powder =2
1 tsp salt =1
1 pack 33 g powdered milk =7.50
1 cup sugar =10
1/3 cup melted margarine =5
1 pc large egg =7
1 tbsp vanilla = 2
1 and 3/4 cup lukewarm water =1
Additional powdered sugar for coating =10
Additional 1 sachet 33 g powdered milk for coating(optional) =7.50
2 bottles oil for frying =40

For Chololate filling
2 cups water =1
2 cups sugar = 20
4 tbsp cocoa powder (Dutch)=10
3 tbsp All purpose Flour =2
1 tbsp Cornstarch =1


Total Cost = 165

165 x .40 = 66
165 + 66 = 231
231 ÷ 40 pcs = 5.775
5.775 x 1.70 = 9.818

9.818 or 10 pesos SRP

Narito po ang COSTING Formula and Sample Computation

Materials cost x 40% = Overhead Cost
Materials cost + overhead cost = Total Cost
Total cost ÷ Number of yields = Price per Piece
price per Piece x 1.70 = Selling Price

MATERIALS COST = includes all the ingredients that goes in the recipe.

OVERHEAD COST = includes electricity, water, gas, etc.

1.70 is the mark up cost (tubo/interest).


SAMPLE COMPUTATION
Halimbawa 500php nagastos mo sa ingredients i-multiply mo sya sa .40 iyan yung 40% na para sa kuryente, tubig, at gas

500 x .40 = 200

Tapos i-add mo ulit yung nagastos mo sa ingredients doon sa 200

500 + 200 = 700

Iyan po ang kabuuang gastos mo. Ngayon i-divide mo naman yung kabuuang gastos sa piraso ng nagawa mo.

Example nakagawa ako ng 200 pcs:

700 ÷ 200 pcs = 3.5 php

Ayan yung presyo nya bawat isa wala pa jan yung TUBO mo. Ngayon i-multiply mo ulit yan sa tubo mo na 1.70 pwede pa itong bawasan/dagdagan kung sa tingin mo masyado ng mataas/mababa yung presyo.

3.5 x 1.70 = 5.95

(1.70 yun patong sa paninda)

5.95 or 6 php = Ito na po ngayon yung pwede mong maging Suggested Retail Price

NOTE:
Ito po ay sample lamang, pwede nyo dagdagan yung tubo/interest (1.70) lalo na kung meron kayong tauhan na pinapasweldo. Pwede nyo itong gawing 1.80 or 1.90 depende sa inyo kung tingin nyo eh hindi pa masyadong mahal ang produkto nyo pero kung wala naman pwd ring gawing 1.66
