Bill solves Clover's RSL, originally posted 20th of April, 2025.

Normal sudoku rules apply. There are some blue lines in the grid, each of which passes through multiple regions. Along each blue line, the digits in each region it passes through have the same sum. For instance, r3c1= r4c1 + r4c2 + r5c2.
