On Thursday, July 14, 2016, the Lionel Operating Train Society, as part of it's annual convention (held in Philadelphia this year), operated a private one-way steam-powered train along the Wilmington & Western Railroad, from Greenbank Station all the way to the line's terminus in Hockessin, DE. What made this trip even more special, was that the 4-4-0 American-type locomotive, #98, would be run around the train at Hockessin, and pulled the train back to Greenbank by herself in reverse for the first time in many, many years. Enjoy the bright and sunny summer action at the W&W!
