Mercedes SL Trunk Boot Soft Close Actuator: Removal - Repair - Replace - Reset! + Secret Panel Trick

Everything you need to know about your Mercedes SL R230 trunk / boot soft close actuator, importantly how to remove easily, repair, refit back on car and the infamous RESET TRICK showing what fuse to use and where to find it !

This is typically required if you have trouble getting your trunk to soft close due to air leaking from the pneumatic actuator which can develop cracks and leaks.
