A well-located city, Mukilteo, WA is south of Everett, WA and north of the "big city" of Seattle, WA whose metro area is in excess of 3.4 million people.

Mukilteo, WA is famous for its lighthouse at the north end of the town, on Puget Sound, which is where the Ferry comes and goes to Whidbey Island - a popular second home and vacation home destination. There's a farmer's market there, and a fish and chips place, making it a popular destination for locals in the summer.

Being on the sound, Mukilteo, WA offers many water view properties. The Pacific Northwest is known for its hills, and these make it easier than ever to view the water from many locations. There are luxury water view homes here, and - to round it out - luxury golf course homes as well. Yes, you really can have it all. Harbour Boulevard is just one street with many such amenities.
