Fresh fruits layered with creamy goodness in elegant mini cups 🍓
This no-bake fruit dessert is quick, simple and perfect for parties or special occasions.
Made with berry purée, fresh fruits and lightly sweetened cream — no gelatin, no baking!
Ingredients
1 Orange
1 Apple
5 large Strawberries
50grams Blueberries
12 Raspberries
12 Physalis
200grams Double cream
50grams Condensed milk
Servers 12(mini cup) adjust accordingly to your dessert cups/glasses.
Method
Make the berry purée
Blend the strawberries and blueberries until smooth.
Prepare the cream
Whip the cold double cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in condensed milk and set aside.
Prepare the fruits
Peel and finely chop the apple and orange into small, even pieces.
Assemble the mini cups
Add 2 teaspoons of apple & orange to the base
Add 2 teaspoons of berry purée
Spoon/pipe over a layer of cream
Add 2 teaspoons of berry puree
Garnish
Top with a whole raspberry and a physalis.
Chill & serve
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
