Chen Tai Chi in the park (sections 1 and 2)

Alright, time to get up and learn a new form. Starting today we learn Chen Tai Chi, (Old Frame). We go over the movements of the first two sections today, and then next time, we go over how to perform the postures, before we move on to the third section.
