We are excited to share two alternate finishes to the Omoplata (scapula lock) position!
Often, when you first lock the Omoplata position, your opponent will grab your foot, stuff it behind their head, and duck under for the escape (and guard pass). Here, we show you two ways to counter this escape that will be sure to put your training partners and opponents in trouble!
