Here's a reading for my students from Phaidon Books: Jackson Pollock Splashed Paint and Wasn't Sorry.
After the reading there is more information about Jackson and a video of Mr Joel making art in the style of Jackson Pollock. Below are links to another video and a project you can do at home if you have access to watercolor paints or any other products that will leave a mark. I went through a bunch of old paints i had in a box, watered them down a bit so they dripped and splashed a little easier. Think about what you can use to make colorful marks?! coffee & tea, some spices, food coloring and of course different paints.
