Lama, I pray to you with devotion

棍丘松拉加苏起欧
To the Three Jewels, I pray with devotion

图杰千波拉加苏起欧
to the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva , I pray with devotion

摘起了一朵美丽灿烂的格桑花
I pluck a beautiful and brilliant Gesang flower

抛向月亮湖中做供养
And cast it into Moonlight Lake as an offering

供养上师与三宝
An offering to the Guru and the Three Jewels

供养大慈大悲观世音菩萨
An offering to the Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva

祈祷国家太平人民安康
I pray for the nation's peace and the people's well-being

父母家人都平安吉祥
For the safety and auspiciousness of my parents and family

心上的人儿阿
O beloved of my heart

虽然在远方
Though you are far away

祝福你健康无恙
I wish you health and freedom from harm

手中捧着一朵洁白芬芳的雪莲花
Holding a pure and fragrant snow lotus in my hands

虔诚供养十方如来佛菩萨
I devoutly offer it to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions

供养智慧广大妙音仙子菩萨
An offering to the Bodhisattva Sarasvati of vast wisdom

虽然我的声音很微弱
Though my voice is faint

祈祷社会和谐文明礼仪兴邦
I pray for social harmony and a nation thriving through civility and propriety

思念的吾爱阿
O my beloved, whom I long for

虽然不在身旁
Though you are not by my side

祝福你坚持追求人生的理想
I wish you perseverance in pursuing your life's ideals

手中高高举起洁白纯净的哈达
Raising high a pure white khata in my hands

心中怀着清净祝祷的愿望
With a heart full of pure prayers and aspirations

虔诚供养十方法界一切圣众
Devoutly offering to all holy beings throughout the dharma realm of the ten directions

供养悲悯众生救度母菩萨
An offering to the compassionate Tara Bodhisattva who saves all beings

虽然我的力量很微薄
Though my strength is meager

祈祷人间灾难疾病如云雾般消散
I pray that disasters and illnesses vanish like mist and clouds

幸福的太阳永远照耀在世界上
May the sun of happiness forever shine upon the world

梦中也思念的人儿阿
O you whom I long for even in dreams

祝福你看到人生的希望
I wish you to see hope in life

Holding high the pure seven jewels and eight auspicious symbols

虔诚供养上供下施法界一切众
Devoutly offering to all beings throughout the dharma realm, above and below

虽然我的能力很渺小
Though my ability is limited

祈祷广大虚空护法空行海会众
I pray to the vast hosts of dakinis and protectors filling the sky

祈祷四大天王以及财神伽蓝众
I pray to the Four Heavenly Kings, the wealth deities, and the guardians of the temple

护持人间圣教正法长住世界
May they protect the sacred teachings and ensure the true dharma remains long in the world

人民生活富裕安乐远离贫穷灾祸
May people live in prosperity and peace, far from poverty and calamity

思念的人儿啊
O you whom I long for

虽然还在天涯远方
Though you are still at the ends of the earth

默默的祝福你
Silently, I bless you

莫忘记初心的誓言梦想
Do not forget the vows and dreams of your initial heart

莫忘记远方等待你的姑娘
Do not forget the girl waiting for you from afar
