Karibu Zanzibar - An African Experience - Part I of IV

Jambo (Hello) Everyone,

Welcome to part I of IV from our Karibu Zanzibar Documentary! We are extremely excited to be able to share our experience in Zanzibar with the rest of the world. This was both our first time traveling outside of the United States of America and we had an amazing time experiencing our first country in Africa. This part consists of our travels to get to Zanzibar (22 hours), Prison Island Tour, and a visit to Nakupenda Beach. The country of Tanzania is very beautiful and has great citizens that it was a pleasure to get a chance to connect with. Zanzibar is a very beautiful Island as well and this is where we stayed our entire time in Tanzania. It is extremely rich in history for african descendants and quite unique to experience how the locals live their daily lives. We hope everyone enjoys this documentary series and we hope more people of African descent have the opportunity to visit.
