北京人称为 " 炸糕 " ,是京城小吃一绝。它色泽金黄,酥脆甜软,许多人从小就喜欢吃它,而且吃很多年还是喜欢吃。
还在北京时常常早点选它充饥。有时一杯紫米粥 2 个炸糕,或是1杯红茶 1 个炸糕 1 个鸡蛋,一上午都不饿!真是好吃没商量!
