After watching my job search training videos and subscribing to my Youtube channel you should have a position lined up.

However, there is a problem. The company who offered you the job asked that drug tests be used as part of their application process... AGH!!!

Don't panic though! We can get through this together if we just prepare for it properly beforehand.

I will preface this and say that I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice. I cannot guarantee in any way that doing these things will work. But it is worth a try!

First thing to do... Stop whatever it is that you’re doing! You are taking a chance on screwing up your future.

You put so much time and effort into getting this far, it would be crazy not to at least try! You went through all the steps- applying for jobs interviews or acceptances... Now is as good of an opportunity as any other before you move on to bigger things in life (hopefully).

Now, you are not watching my video to get a lecture about substance abuse. You can get that from your family and friends.

Let’s talk about some ideas of what you can do to clean out your system before that dreaded drug test:
Drink lots of water to flush your system.
Exercise to sweat out the toxins.
Avoid fatty foods as they can store toxins in your body.
Try a detox drink, tea, or cranberry juice to speed up the process.
There are also a few things you should avoid doing before the test:
Do not smoke weed or use any drugs, obviously.
Do not drink alcohol.
Do not eat excessive fatty foods.
Do not take any over-the-counter medications that could contain traces of drugs.

Well, there you have it! Just follow these simple tips and your drug test will be a breeze.
