I had a really hard interaction with someone yesterday and it cracked me open and made me realize the ptsd that can (and did for me) happen after the long road of cancer and cancer recovery. I cried some tears I hadn’t cried in a long while.
Im taking some of the overall of my story and how I went through some traumatizing events that left me with PTSD squared…
I have so much compassion for anyone who is dealing with chronic health issues or navigating the windy road of cancer.. it’s hard, I see you. I feel for you. And today, I feel for myself.
