Hafco SB 990 Blast Cabinet

Hafco sand blasting cabinet.
Initially straight after assembly this cabinet was awesome.

I haven't done any sandblasting so this has been a bit of a learning curve.

Prior to purchasing the cabinet I called Hare and Forbes Brisbane and checked what compressor capacity was required. He advised I required 35cfm minimum.

The current air system installed is a 40cfm piston compressor matched to a 40cfm air dryer and 400 litre vertical post dryer tank.
after a bit of searching for information I found out that it's a pretty common issue and isn't limited to this brand.

this device has absolutely improved the performance of the cabinet.

The only issue I had was I fitted the gun back up incorrectly now it's fitted right it works great. #construction #sandblasting #hafco #hareandforbes
