Initially announced as a special guest for 8 of the band's 2006 shows, Stevie Nicks wound up performing with the band for more shows throughout the year. This was famously commemorated in the 'Live in Gatorville' concert (filmed on 9-21-06 in Gainesville), which is appended to the 'Runnin' Down a Dream' documentary DVD (2007).
But here is a standout performance of "Insider" from the band’s 20 June 2006 show at Madison Square Garden.
I worked hard in Adobe Audition to get rid of most the background audience noise, so the audio is different from the full concert video linked below (and while it doesn’t sound like it, the audience noise is still lessened in this video compared to the full concert video. Unfortunately, audiences always talk during the slower and quieter songs). Nevertheless, it was an unforgettable night for 16-year-old me. Enjoy!
