餅底：
餅乾 160克
溶化牛油 80克

芒果餡料：
忌廉芝士 330克
糖 80克
芒果蓉 270克
魚膠粉 10克
水 50毫升
忌廉 200毫升

芒果啫喱：
芒果蓉 200克
糖 20克
熱水 60毫升
魚膠粉 10克
凍水(浸魚膠粉用）50毫升


Ingredients (7 inch Cake Tin):

Biscuit Base :
160 g Biscuits
80 g Melted Butter

Mango Filling:
330 g Cream Cheese
80 g Sugar
270 g Mango Puree
10 g Gelatine
50 ml Water
200ml Whipping/ Heavy Cream

Mango Jelly:
200 g Mango Puree
20 g Sugar
60 ml Hot Water
10 g Gelatine
50 ml Cold Water (For Gelatine)
