The Silent Assassin is a Lost Chapter Quest in Where Winds Meet. This Lost Chapter Quest is one of the earliest you can find in the game, as the first part of this quest orders you to go to the General's Shrine and meet up with Long Wu there, though you can only do so after the Hai hour (after 23 PM in-game time).

A Drastic Cure
------------------------
A Drastic Cure is an Encounter quest in region Qinghe, near the “Moonveil Mountain” area.

Quest progression:
1. Go to the marked location near West Heaven’s Pier. You should see NPC Qian Feifei bowing (kowtowing). If the NPC doesn’t appear — set in-game time to midnight.
2. Talk to Qian Feifei.
3. Next — meet up with Yaoyao. For this, wait until daytime (or change the in-game time to day).
4. Fast-travel to the Evercare Clinic waypoint, then head to Yaoyao’s location to talk to her.
5. Then travel to meet Liu'er (fast-travel to “Brewery Backyard” waypoint if needed). Go around the house and speak with him.
6. Investigate Liu'er’s house:
Look at fragments on the ground.
Inspect a sealed window, then an unsealed window.
On top of a cabinet you’ll find a cat whisker — pick it up.
7. Return to Liu’er and hand over the cat whisker.
8. Next — go to meet Xiaodai. He mentions a certain room, you investigate it and pick up a fox doll there.
9. Return the fox doll to Xiaodai.
10. Go and talk to A'Liang (he’s near the steps of Emperor Chai Temple — fast-travel there if needed).
11. Follow A’Liang and listen as he recaps events.
12. Leave the wine cellar and go back to Feifei.
13. Later — at midnight, return to the location near West Heaven’s Pier (use waypoint if needed).
14. You’ll hear mysterious voices: go investigate.
15. You’ll encounter a suspicious NPC — track them without being detected.
16. Near the NPC, drop down a ladder into an underground space.
17. Investigate a strange tail. Crouch — you’ll get attacked by two cats.
18. Climb back up. Use the skill Meridian Touch on the thief to immobilize them.
19. Go back down and capture the two cats (named “Orange” and “Snowy”) — immobilize with Meridian Touch then catch them.
20. Return to Yaoyao at Evercare Clinic and give her the two cats. When prompted, pick “A Drastic Cure” and hand over the cats. This reveals that the “Phantom Lady” is actually the two cats.
21. Wait until daytime again, find Yaoyao and talk to her.
22. Finally, return to Qian Feifei and give him spirit-warding bells. That completes the quest.
