Israeli Army Releases Video Said to Show Strikes Against Hezbollah Targets in Lebanon | News9

Israel's army released a video on Thursday (April 18) showing what it said were military strikes against Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon's Khiam.

Fighter jets struck Hezbollah targets in the area of Khiam, "including a number of terrorist infrastructure, as well as two additional military structures", the Israeli army said in a statement. Reuters was not able to independently verify the location or the date when the video was filmed.

Separately, Lebanon's Hezbollah said on Wednesday (April 17) it launched missiles and drones at a military facility in northern Israel in retaliation for Israeli strikes that killed Hezbollah members, an incident that the Israeli military said left 14 soldiers wounded.

Israeli forces and Lebanon's armed group Hezbollah have been exchanging fire for over six months in parallel to the Gaza war, in the most serious hostilities since they fought a major war in 2006.
