A Ice Storm Warning is in effect for much of central and southeast Arkansas. This is a continuation of several days in a row of Arkansas having some sort of winter weather. Overnight, freezing rain continued to add up on already coated and stressed trees and powerlines. Many power outages are occurring across Arkansas. Video shows the electricity lines coated in ice with icicles hanging down. Multiple accidents have also been occurring across Arkansas. Power company crews are standing by to help. #arwx #icestorm #arnews
