Arabic Paratha
Serve 2
Ingredients:
🔹Mince
-Mince 1/2 kg
-Coriander leaves 5-6 tbs
-Onion 1 medium
-Green Chillies 3-4
-Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
-Black pepper 1 tsp
-Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbs
Egg
-Salt 1 tsp
-Cumin seeds 1 tsp
-Coal 1 piece
-Oil 7-8 tbs
🔹Paratha:
All purpose flour 1&1/2 cup
-Salt 2 pinch
-Oil 10-12 tbs
-Water (as per requirement)
-Mozzarella cheese 8 tbs
Direction:
-Make a dough from all purpose flour, add oil, salt., with help of water make smooth dough for 2 paratha, Give 30 minutes rest.
-In Mince add coriander leaves, green chillies and Onion chopp all things together. Now add red chilli flakes, Black pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt, roasted cumin seeds, mix well. Give 10 minutes coal smoke to mince. Now add oil in pan and cook mince on high flame when it's change colour white cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. open the pan and again cook on high flame to remove all water.
- Make paratha put Mince 4 tbs, 1/2 egg and cheese 2-3 tbs, pack Paratha from all 4 sides and fry in oil., fry from both sides on medium to high flame and fry corners also. . . .
Arabic Paratha is ready enjoy with any sauce or catch- up. . . 🥸🥸🥸
