Event: Tea garden manager kidnapped by terrorists.
Date, location and time: 30th May, 4:00 a.m. Sibisagar, Assam
Reason: Demands ransom of rupees 20 lakh
Effect: Panic in the tea garden area
Action taken by Government: Orders rescue operation, Paramilitary forces alerted, intensive search by police personnel.
