✶ NOTE - for doodle 'The Brothers' in chapter 1.3 the correct path is :
Talking with Secretaries 17(Agora) - 8(Central Station) - 24(All Water office) - 8(Central Station) - 17(Agora)
I have edited out talking with No. 8 again in Central Station by mistake.
Chapter 1 walkthrough video has this covered.

✶ If you have already completed the game and have all doodles, then According to Devs, after the update, simply play from Epilogue again till end while collecting the Epilogue section doodles again and 'Forschergeist' achievement should unlock.

✶ If you have missed any doodles then you have to play from that chapter again till the end while collecting all doodles for this achievement.

✶ There is no chapter select in the game, so try not to miss any doodles in your first playthrough.

✶ I have tried to show how to reach these doodles in this video, so that you guys don't feel lost and can orient yourself as to where you are at the time of that particular doodle. Of course, these doodles are integral part of the progression, so there are other missions or dialogue that I have edited out.
If you want to save time in your first playthrough and get these as you progress, I will recommend following chapter videos in playlist.
