Tensions have risen over Israel's construction of a wall across the Lebanese border. Beirut authorities said they would file a complaint with the UN Security Council against Tel Aviv for crossing the Blue Line, which marks the border. Despite this statement, Israeli construction workers were seen continuing to build the wall on Sunday. On the same day, Netanyahu's forces were accused of attacking UN peacekeepers working in Lebanon.
