This week had its highs and lows! I finally started the gym, and let me tell you, my trainer did not take it easy on me—I was completely drained! Later, I took the kids to The Yard Restaurant in May Pen, but the customer service was disappointing. On a brighter note, I went to D’Lot and had an amazing experience, vibing to old-school hits that brought back so many memories. From workouts to good music and everything in between, come along for the ride!
