This week we are visiting the city of Sanford, Florida, just outside of Orlando. Marc, who is originally from Germany has heard on more than one occasion that Hollerbach serves real authentic German cuisine. Hollerbach restaurant in located in historic downtown Sanford. So today, we decided to give it a try, and hopefully enjoy some "real" and authentic German food like the Wiener Schnitzel and Kaese Spaetzle.
