In this video we simulate a Dual Doorbell Circuit using the 555 Timer IC in Proteus. The circuit lets you connect two push-buttons (Front Door & Back Door); pressing either one triggers the 555 output and sounds the speaker. Diodes isolate the inputs so both buttons can share the same timer without interfering.
🔧 What’s included in this simulation:
Schematic design in Proteus (complete wiring shown)
Two push-button inputs (Front Door / Back Door) with input isolation (diodes)
555 Timer configured to drive a speaker (tone/alert)
Power source (9V battery in the schematic)
Component list: 555 IC, resistors, capacitors (timing + coupling), diodes (1N4148/1N400x), speaker
📌 What you’ll learn:
How to wire multiple trigger inputs to a single 555 timer safely
Setting the tone/duration with R & C values
Simulating audio output in Proteus and testing push-button behavior
