Hey Friends! I am currently a teacher in Hong Kong (from Scotland) who prior to working in Education worked in Fine Dining. I have worked in a 3 Michelin starred restaurant (L'Enclume) and a two Michelin starred (KOKS) in a Front of House position. They were both only summer seasons so I am by no means a super knowledgable foodie- but I do have an appreciation for food and would love to share it with you!
