Hello Youtube people
I hope you like this video i put together. In this video i show how to set the stitch length on the Consew 226R-1 industrial sewing machine. Feel free to let me know any questions you might have or leave a comment. I'll be more than happy to answer your questions. Thank you for watching and subscribe if you like the video.
Step one is getting to know the parts on your sewing machine model Consew 226R-1 prior to starting this process
Parts we need to know are, the hand wheel, the dial on the hand wheel, the little dot on the arm of the sewing machine to match against the numbers of the dial, and two buttons under the arm of the sewing machine.
The numbers of the dial of the hand wheel mean the number of stitches per inch. The higher the number the more stitches per inch. The lower the number the less stitches per inch. Example # 24 means , there are or there will be 24 stitches per inch. If you set it at # 5, this means you will have only 5 stitches per inch. I hope this makes sense. I know this is alot of information at once.
First, we need to pres the first button under the arm of the sewing machine and keep it pressed as we turn the hand wheel towards you slowly until you match the number of your desire to the dot on the arm. once you match your desired number then release the button under the sewing machine. You will feel a little click as this happens.
