This video covers topic on FROM and MID POINT command in AutoCAD. you will learn to know how to make a line at a specific distance from a reference point. FROM command can be substituted by inbuilt function of AutoCAD but use of Mid point command is of utmost important. mid point command enables you to start a base point of object from the center of any two non connected points.
In AutoCAD, the "Midpoint" and "From" commands are used to locate specific points or objects in a drawing.
The "Midpoint" command allows you to find the midpoint between two points, which is often useful when creating objects or lines that need to be centered or aligned. To use the "Midpoint" command, type "MID" in the command line, then select the two points that you want to find the midpoint between. AutoCAD will then display the midpoint as a temporary point object that can be used as a reference.
The "From" command allows you to create an object or line at a specific distance or angle from a known point or object. To use the "From" command, type "FROM" in the command line, then select the reference point or object that you want to measure from. Next, specify the distance or angle that you want to create the new object or line from, and AutoCAD will create it accordingly.
Both of these commands are useful for precise drafting and design work in AutoCAD, and can save time and effort when working with complex drawings.
