Zuid-Kennemerland National Park | Travel the Netherlands | Fern + Forest

Last April, we spent a long weekend at the North Sea coast in Zandvoort, the Netherlands, with my father-in-law and his girlfriend. We were lucky enough to enjoy perfect sunshine and went for a walk in Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, a conservation area established in 1995 with lots of dunes, coastal forests and a beautiful lake. After exploring the park, our day ended with a walk on the Zandvoort beach.

Letzten April verbrachten wir ein langes Wochenende an der Nordseeküste im niederländischen Zandvoort mit meinem Schwiegervater und seiner Freundin. Wir erwischten perfektes Wetter und erkundeten den nahe gelegenen und 1995 gegründeten Nationalpark Zuid-Kennemerland mit seinen Dünenlandschaften, Küstenwäldern und einem See. Nach unserem Besuch im Park endete der Tag mit einem Spaziergang am Strand in Zandvoort.
