Week 12: Siding and Drywall Continues | Ryan Homes Versailles 2 Construction Update

It's Week 12 in this second Versailles build, and with both exterior siding and drywall started as of last week, it's time to see the finished results!

In this video, you'll get to see additional progress that's taken place since the Week 11 mark. On the exterior, this mainly includes the completion of the vast majority of vinyl siding, trim and fascia work on the home, as well as the installation of shutters along the front of the exterior. However, along the interior, you'll also get to see the completion of drywall throughout all floors of the home! This includes sheetrock, taping and mudding all taking place within the past week. This footage was captured on Friday, August 1, 2025.

Plenty more updates to come! Be on the lookout for the next update, which will include the installation of a stone water table along the exterior, as well as trim work, cabinets and tile along the interior.
