今天要跟大家分享一個簡單又好吃的墨西哥料理
蕃茄莎莎和玉米脆片
也是很好的下酒菜呦！

I want to share with you a simple and delicious Mexican food today.
Tomato salsa and Tortilla chips.
It is also a good appetizer!

Ingredients 食材
Tomato Whole Chopped 整粒蕃茄切碎 200 gm 公克
Garlic Crushed 蒜切碎 20 gm 公克
Red Onion Chopped 紅洋蔥切碎 50 gm 公克
Coriander Leave Chopped 香菜切碎 30 gm 公克
Lemon juice 檸檬汁 30 gm 公克
Tabasco 塔巴斯可辣椒水 10 gm 公克
Mexican Taco spice 墨西哥塔可香料 5 gm 公克
Sugar Brown 二砂糖 30 gm 公克
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 鹽黑胡椒調味
Corn Tortilla chips 墨西哥玉米餅（多力多滋）30 gm 公克

Instructions 操作步驟
1. 清洗刀具，砧板，鍋具，餐具，工作台面，洗手。
2. 清洗所有蔬菜類及其他食材備料，擦乾。
3. 檸檬汁，塔巴斯可辣椒水，墨西哥塔可香料，二砂糖放於中大型碗中，攪拌至糖溶解。
4. 蒜切碎，紅洋蔥切碎，整粒蕃茄切碎，香菜切碎切碎放在碗裡面攪拌均勻。
5. 放置於冰箱使至冰涼。
6. 冰涼後裝於小碗中，搭配墨西哥玉米脆片一起享用。

1. Cleaning tools, cutting boards, pots, cutlery, countertops, washing hands.
2. Wash all vegetables and other ingredients and dry them.
3. Lemon juice, Tabasco,, Mexican Taco spice, sugar is placed in medium bowls, stirred until the sugar dissolves.
4. The garlic is chopped, the red onion is chopped, the whole tomato is chopped, the Coriander Leave is chopped and placed in a bowl and stirred evenly.
5. Place in the refrigerator to make it cool.
6. Tomato salsa in a small bowl and enjoy it with corn Tortilla chips.
