Episode 36: Confessions of a Leader – Training in Bath, Daz Games & Family Balance

It’s another early start, but this one’s a little different I’ve got my daughter joining me for the day. First stop: Starbucks ☕, the essential fuel before hitting the road to Bath.

Today’s focus is on delivering Conflict Management and Mental Health training, helping leaders and teams strengthen communication, understanding, and wellbeing. Having my daughter along for the ride made it even more special seeing what leadership and training look like up close.

In between sessions, I managed calls with management, clients, and the sales team, keeping the momentum rolling across all the businesses.

On the drive home, my daughter introduced me to Daz Games and the hilarious Daz Reacts videos proof that you never stop learning, even from your kids. The evening wrapped up perfectly with a quick turnaround to take my son to football training ⚽.
