This project was a true test of patience, aiming to create a vibrant coastal atmosphere that feels authentically alive. Beyond the shoreline, I’ve also revolutionized the city's maritime travel by constructing a massive, high-capacity passenger harbor. This new facility replaces the old terminal, providing enough space for two giant cruise ships to dock simultaneously, alongside a new luxury marina for private yachts.
