I've been slowly churning away at this project for the better part of half a year now. I finally came to a stopping point a couple of nights ago. I believe that I have accomplished what I set out to do with this project, and that was to create something that had feeling.

When I first started learning to make music, I was merely checking off another medium to learn in order to bolster the foundation of my other visual media. However, what I've learned over the last year, is that this medium allows for unparalleled experimentation, creativity, and emotional impact. Once again have I sunk my teeth into learning another endlessly expansive way to create art, and I haven't regretted a single dollar, or sleepless night that I've spent in it.

This album is dark, texture-filled, noisy as shit, repetitive, sometimes beautiful, sorta liminal, and massive in length (hehe). There is no better way to describe the modern everyday life for so many of us. Fighting our own battles, watching horrors unfold before us helplessly, and seeing unprecedented events bombarded in our feeds mixed in with the endless supply of AI brain rot dopamine slaughter. Our planet continues to burn endlessly as we take more and more each day. It is crushing to bear witness.

This album is also an appreciation of life. The ups and downs that have brought me, and you, to this place at this time, listening to my creation. It is a chance to be vulnerable with my emotions, and to maybe illicit some within you as you are harassed by a barrage of analog and digital doohickeys.
