The pre-programmable control accessed through an HMI touchscreen module allows the operator to control all mechanical axes from one location. With this, manufacturers can benefit from the programmability of the PLC control, logged parts and sequenced positioning allowing for a repeatable, efficient process.


Most importantly, this system's design maximizes worker and operator safety. Two integrated area scanners create a working window platform. This ensures that the positioner comes to an immediate stop should someone enter the working window during operation, therefore reducing the risk of workplace injury.
