Crazy Guy Wants To Fight Over His Neighbors Car Getting Towed!

This right here is a special episode of my nightly impounds series. Just a couple of tows from a property across the street from our lot when an angry guy gives me his opinion on what I do for a living. The kicker is its not even his car and apparently the owner isnt too fond of him either! LOL
