"Once Lord Vishnu seeking a quiet place for meditation and visited this place. Here Lord Vishnu was so engrossed in his meditation, that he didn't realize the extreme cold weather. To save him from the extreme weather, Goddess Lakshmi manifested himself into a Badri Tree which is also known as Jujube, and stand there for years. Impressed by Devi Lakshmi's devotion, Lord Vishnu named this place - Badrikashram."

Inside the Garbhgrah of Badrinath temple, there is a 1 meter tall black stone idol of Lord Vishnu which is surrounded by other gods & goddesses. It is said that - the idol of Lord Vishnu is self-manifested which was founded by Adi Shankracharya in the Alaknanda river.

बद्रीनाथ यात्रा 2021: भगवान बद्री का धाम।

यहाँ बद्रीनाथ यात्रा के बारे में बहुत ही संक्षिप्त जानकारी दी गई है जो आपकी बद्रीनाथ यात्रा में आपकी सहायता कर सकती है -

ऊंचाई - 10,170 फीट।
सर्वोत्तम समय - मई-जून और सितंबर-नवंबर
दर्शन समय - सुबह 4:30 से दोपहर 1:00 बजे तक और शाम 4:00 बजे से रात 9:00 बजे तक।
घूमने के स्थान- तप्त कुंड, चरण पादुका, व्यास गुफ़ा (गुफा), गणेश गुफ़ा, भीम पुल, मैना गाँव, वसुधारा जलप्रपात, आदि।
कैसे पहुंचे - आप केदारनाथ से बद्रीनाथ या तो सड़क मार्ग से या हेलीकाप्टर से जा सकते हैं।
यात्रा मार्ग - केदारनाथ - रुद्रप्रयाग - कर्णप्रयाग - नंदप्रयाग - चमोली - बिरही - पीपलकोटी - जोशीमठ - बद्रीनाथ।

बद्रीनाथ धाम यात्रा सबसे पवित्र और उप-महाद्वीप में स्थित धाम है। बद्रीनाथ मंदिर उत्तराखंड की चौथी और अंतिम धाम है जो उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले में है। यह प्रसिद्ध बद्रीनाथ का मंदिर नर और नारायण पर्वत के बीच है और अलकनंदा नदी के तट पर स्थित है। यह एकमात्र धाम भी है जो मूल चारधाम और छोटा चारधाम सर्किट का एक हिस्सा है।

बद्रीनाथ मंदिर के बारे में किंवदंती क्या कहती है?
"एक बार भगवान विष्णु ने ध्यान के लिए एक शांत जगह की तलाश की और इस स्थान पर आ पहुंचे । यहाँ भगवान विष्णु अपने ध्यान में इतने तल्लीन हो गए कि उन्हें अत्यधिक ठंड के मौसम का भी एहसास नहीं हुआ । अतः इस मौसम से बचाने के लिये देवी लक्ष्मी ने खुद को एक बद्री वृक्ष (जुजुबे के रूप में भी जाना जाता है) में बदल लिया। देवी लक्ष्मी की भक्ति से प्रभावित होकर, भगवान विष्णु ने इस स्थान का नाम "बद्रीकाश्रम" रखा।"


मंदिर के अंदर क्या है?
बद्रीनाथ मंदिर के गर्भगृह के अंदर, भगवान विष्णु की 1 मीटर लंबी काले पत्थर की मूर्ति है जो अन्य देवी-देवताओं से घिरा हुआ है। ऐसा कहा जाता है कि - भगवान विष्णु की मूर्ति स्वयंभू है जिसको आदि शंकराचार्य ने स्थापित किया थी।
