My epic travel experience in Germany was visiting traditional cuckoo clocks in the Black Forest area! These purely mechanical and wooden clocks were first made in the Black Forest area of southwestern Germany- even before the electricity was invented!

Today tourists from all around the world come here to witness how the German cuckoo clocks are really like!
Every hour strikes with the sound of a cuckoo, with a bird popping out of the clock.
