INGREDIENTS: for Dough
2 cups of milk
50 grams of butter
1/2 tbs of salt
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp of yeast
1 tsp of baking soda
Some lemon juice
4 cups of flour
Ingredients: for Filling
6 large potatoes
1 large onion
2 spicy green pepper
Some fresh cilantro
Salt on your taste
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
And final is oil
Homemade dipping sauce:
5 tbs of original yogurt
1 mini cucumber
1 garlic clove
Some fresh cilantro
Pinch of salt and black pepper
