Do this 20 minute full body hiit workout with me to get a quick, effective sweat in! We work all parts of the body - arms, legs, core, and of course cardio is included. I mixed up the format, so it is exciting and engaging and there's no one specific work to rest ratio! You can do this at home or at the gym, and no equipment is used. Now go crush your workout, burn some calories, release some endorphins, and gain some muscles!
