Ramzan Muhammed was born to Nazar Perumthara and Raseena Nazar. Ramzan Muhammed has two siblings, two elder brothers, Raseek Nas and Rasal Nas. Ramzan Muhammed did his schooling in Co-operative Public School Muvattupuzha, Eranakulam till Class X,  Ramzan Muhammed has completed Plus-Two at Ebenezer Higher Secondary School Veettoor. Ramzan Muhammed completed his degree in M A COLLEGE KOTHAMANGALAM. Ramzan secured 'A' grade in State School Kalolsavam- 2018 for Mono-Act, Mime and Folk Dance also came first place in CBSE State Kalotsav-2015 for folk-dance. Ramzan Muhammed started to learn dance professionally when he was in pre-school. Ramzan Muhammed reached the semi-finals of Superstar Junior 2 and finished second runner-up in the Munch Dance Dance. Ramzan was the winner of D4 Dance. The show was first aired on April 11, 2014, and its last episode aired on 24 November 2014. There were total of 18 contestants in which Ramzan Muhammed is the winner.
