One of the things that frustrates me about trying to get my little one to sleep is when I have fed him and then when I have to burp him (he suffers quite badly when he is sleeping and doesn't settle unless I get it all out) it usually wakes him up. He is three months old now and I feel like I have mastered a technique that keeps him sleeping/drowsy! I am sharing because it is a lifesaver for me and I hope it helps others!
